Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. was entrusted with the construction of this 80,000sf long term care facility which specializes in dementia care.
Designed by The Walter Fedy Partnership, this Versa Care Centre facility is complete with 128 beds which are private, semi-private and ward.
The added requirement for higher security was paramount and the project was delivered to the satisfaction of the Owner/Stakeholders.
