Kiwi Newton Construction Ltd. was the general contractor chosen to complete this 300,000sf camshaft manufacturing plant, complete with offices.  Of interest, the office area is constructed using composite metal panels with reflective blue glass which lends a hi-tech dimension to the exterior.

 

This was a fast track project whereby Kiwi-Newton had to have the machinery area ready for setup in 4 months.  Mechanical systems included compressed air, coolant recycling, process water, a MUA ventilation system as well as basic building heating.  Kiwi-Newton was successful in attaining their goal.
