Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. demolished an existing concrete facility where the crushed concrete was ultimately re-used for fill. A 100,000sf manufacturing plant producing automotive components and 22,000sf of office space was then constructed.
Kiwi-Newton worked with Tacoma Steckley Engineers and constructed the building using steel siding and brick veneer.
