Corvex Manufacturing
Kiwi-Newton constructed this 110,000sf high precision machining plant which supplies automotive chassis components and assemblies as tier one to North American OEMs and turned it over to the Owner in 5½ months, beginning with a green field and using a Design-Build method.
Included in the construction is 20,000sf of plant amenities, fitted office space, site works, landscaping and mechanical fixtures including a MUA system, summer ventilation, compressed air network, coolant supply network, reverse osmosis process water system and a bin coolant recycling facility.
