Using a Design-Build method, Kiwi-Newton met the tight schedule and budget requirements presented by the Owner.

 

This 106,000sf high precision machining facility producing automotive components and assemblies as tier one to the North American OEM’s included 20,000sf of plant amenities, fitted office space, site works, landscaping and mechanical fixtures including a MUA system, summer ventilation compressed air network, coolant supply network, reverse osmosis process water system and a bin coolant recycling facility.
