Weslin Foundry & Machining Plant
Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. acted as the Owners' consultant in green fielding this 250,000sf project located in Oroslany, Hungary. This project was a joint venture between two Canadian publicly traded companies who set up a world class foundry, sand casting and precision machining facility.
Kiwi-Newton was instrumental in fulfilling the requirements for preliminary design layouts of the offices and machining plant as well as the site plan layouts for this 20 hectare property.
Design review and changes, cost engineering, budgets and contract negotiations were performed by Kiwi-Newton on behalf of the Owner for this project.
