Further, the home required all new heating and electrical systems which were installed as well as some new floor systems which were also installed while others were able to be restored.  New walls were installed in some areas however the original walls were restored and utilized in other areas.       The beautiful original wood burning open fire places were restored with repairs made to the inside of the chimneys (no chimney liners were used) and maintain their charm today.  The central boiler heating system was installed with hydronic heating lines, air handlers and duct work.

A new free form swimming pool with stone bridge was added to the grounds and an extensive landscape design was incorporated to further enhance the exterior of this historical mansion.  History looming everywhere, this grand home includes many features and to name but a few, a movie theatre which doubles as a sunroom, a high end finished wine cellar and tasting bar, 7 bathrooms, large kitchen, complete with a casual dining area, formal dining room, living room, billiard room and library, sunroom, workout exercise room, solarium/conservatory, 7 double
