Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. – Industrial, Commercial, Institutional Design-Build Projects
From its inception in 1994, Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. has built scores of industrial, commercial and institutional projects spanning across Ontario, into European countries such as Germany and Hungary, and now Asia with large industrial projects in such countries as Korea and China. The goal of Kiwi-Newton is to become a provider of “one source building solutions” in direct benefit to all Stakeholders.
Nadeco Limited – Municipal Water, Waste Water Purification and Environmental Infrastructure Projects
In 1999 Kiwi-Newton purchased Nadeco Limited, an environmental company that was founded in 1963 and expanded its work to include construction of waste water management facilities, installation of water purification systems and environmental pumping stations, and emergency fire halls. Nadeco Limited continues to complete a number of high profile waste water treatment and purification plants and is currently working on the Parry Sound Waste Water Treatment Plant in Parry Sound, Ontario.
Newton Bridge Solutions Ltd. – Prefabrication of GFRP and Precast Decks for Pedestrian and Road Bridges
Part of the expansion into the manufacturing of the major building components that Newton Group design-builds with as a General Contractor created two different bridge deck systems. We fabricate in-house and offer Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) composite deck systems and with our new precast plant we also now offer superior and long lasting economical precast bridge decks for pedestrian and road bridges.
Newton Parking Structures Ltd. – Prefabrication of the CANADACAR Parking Structure System
The CANADACAR System is being built and introduced by Newton Parking Structure’s at their new 30,000sf precast facility where high quality precast deck panels are produced for our pre-engineered above ground constructed freestanding parking structure that utilizes superior technology combining pre cast concrete onto cambered steel beams. The CANADACAR System is a “one source” parking solution being offered throughout North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
