1994 was the year Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. was incorporated. Since that time Kiwi-Newton has been successful in taking on and completing many challenging projects and with a strong commitment to excellence and safety, the company has grown beyond early expectations.

Management actively seeks out only the best in each area and actively promotes and challenges each individual to rise to their full potential. Hard work is recognized and rewarded not only monetarily, but in every greater challenging assignment.

The vision for the Newton Group as a whole is to generate high growth through the manufacturing of the major building components that we design-build with using the most advanced technologies available including through our own internal product research and systems development. In this manner we will be able to pass savings to our clients and as a direct result become the most competitive while offering the highest quality and durable building components, modular building systems, bridge design and parking structures. Our ultimate focus is on sustainable GREEN technologies, employing low energy and efficient design features for the built environment.

In doing so, the company’s further vision is to grow and become bigger and more profitable and it has been proven that the best way to do this is to have technology and manufacture products that have a key to certain construction types. In doing so, Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. now shares office space with their sister companies; Nadeco Limited, Newton Bridge Solutions Ltd. and Newton Parking Structures Ltd. It is here that we employ a core group of highly skilled and dedicated individuals, both in management and the trades that can tackle any project anywhere.

Training is ongoing, along with its commitment to apprenticeship training, the Newton Group of companies believes in safety first and promoting from within.
